Account Security

Deposits & Withdrawals

Popular mobile banking and banking services in Bangladesh can be used to complete financial transactions on in888. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (applicable for all methods).
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks).
  • Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly; if there is a delay, please contact the support team.
  • Withdrawals must be made to the same account used for the deposit — transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • KYC verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal is processed.
  • Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
  • in888 reserves the right to suspend or cancel a withdrawal in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
Please note: Making a deposit through a third party or using another person's payment account is a violation of in888's policy and may result in account suspension.

Bonuses & Promotions

in888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. These bonuses are subject to specific conditions, and misusing them may result in account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

  • in888 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — your account total will be ৳2,000.
  • Example: Deposit ৳12,000 and receive a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — your account total will be ৳17,000.
  • The welcome bonus applies once to your first deposit only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

  • A 20x wagering requirement must be met before the bonus can be withdrawn.
  • Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
  • Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing funds earned from the bonus.
  • The deadline to complete wagering requirements is within a set number of days from when the bonus is activated — the specific terms will be stated on the relevant bonus page.

5.3 VIP Program

in888 has three VIP tiers awarded to users based on their regular play:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%.
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity on the platform. in888 reserves the right to evaluate and change VIP tier status.

Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to bypass bonus terms, using bots or automated software, or applying any other improper method will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being permanently closed.

Gaming Rules

All games available on in888 — slot machines, live casino, sports betting, and arcade games — are governed by specific rules. Each game has its own applicable rules, but the general rules below apply to all games.

  • You must have sufficient balance in your account to play; there is no facility to play on credit or in debt.
  • If a game is cancelled or incomplete due to a technical fault, in888 is committed to refunding any applicable amount.
  • Game outcomes are determined by a neutral Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
  • If a win displayed in any game is the result of a system error, in888 is not obligated to pay out that win.

6.1 Sports Betting Rules

  • Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount may be refunded in accordance with in888's rules.
  • Match results will be determined based on the announcement of the relevant sports authority.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited in order to maintain a fair and safe environment on the in888 platform. Any breach of these Terms may result in account termination and legal action.

  • Using the platform for money laundering — all suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Using bots, macros, or any other automated software to play games.
  • Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
  • Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
  • Conducting transactions using a third party's payment account.
  • Behaving in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner toward in888 staff or other users.

In the event of account closure, any valid balance will generally be returned to the user's registered payment method, unless forfeited due to a breach of terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in888 accepts no liability for the following:

  • Losses arising from the user's own negligence or breach of terms.
  • Losses caused by internet service outages, power issues, or the failure of any other third-party service.
  • Losses resulting from account credentials falling into the hands of a third party due to the user's own negligence.
  • Service disruptions caused by any unforeseen event beyond in888's control.
  • Game outcomes not matching the user's expectations — game results are always determined by RNG.
